Our delivery fees are a flat $9.90 for orders up to $150 with the below conditions:
- Heavy or large bulky items may incur additional shipping charge
- Regional areas may incur additional shipping charge
For orders $150 or over, shipping is free with the below conditions:
- Does not include bulky/ heavy items as well as gravels and substrates. Additional charges will apply. Please contact us if your order may exceed 20kg.
Our orders leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days ( Monday- Friday) and we also have express shipping if you need something super quick. In the case that we have an inventory error and the product you ordered is out of stock, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
Most of our orders are shipped with Australia Post but other couriers might be used for bulky and heavy items.
Delivery Terms
We pack and ship orders each business day. Most of the time, your order will be shipped next business day, if not earlier. In some cases, due to demand, this may exclude Mondays, sale periods or when new products are launched. Please select Express Post if you want to guarantee quicker delivery.
A tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if that delivery address is incorrect
We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party.
All orders under $200 will be automatically selected as " Authority to leave" . To ensure your order arrives safely and securely you can request a signature on delivery.Please note that if you don't request a signature we may not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen. For orders over $200, customers will receive a message from Australia Post to choose " Signature on delivery".
Missing or non delivered parcels need to be reported to us within 30 days. Any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unclaimed through the post office will be refunded for the product component only.
